I am a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach,

an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist

and

an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s fitness specialist and Senior fitness specialist.

I have been on my own journey to health these past several years, and keep learning how to improve it.

I help women in their 50s lose stubborn fat, reduce chronic pain, improve their energy levels, and better manage chronic health conditions, so they can live life with confidence on their own terms.

It is our responsibility to take charge of our health, age well and live the best life possible.

I train my clients virtually via Zoom, so your location doesn’t matter and you can workout from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

I offer Nutrition Coaching and Online Fitness Programming for women in their 50s.

I help my clients build a sustainable healthy lifestyle, that includes exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes, enabling them to not only reach their goals, but maintaining them.
