Helping women over 40 reclaim their health

You're not starting from zero.
You've tracked your food. You exercise.
Maybe you're on hormones or you've tried supplements. You know what should work.
And yet — the weight isn't moving. Energy crashes by afternoon. Sleep is broken.
Somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like yourself.
You're not failing. Your system is just not working.
Something shifted after 40.
Perimenopause and menopause bring real physiological changes — and they require a different approach.
And the approach that used to work?
It doesn't anymore.
Here's what most programs miss.

Most women over 40 are adding things — another supplement, a stricter eating plan, more cardio.
But the problem usually isn't what you're adding.
It's that you're adding to an unstable foundation — while your metabolism, hormones, and stress response are all changing.
Supplements work better when your lifestyle supports them.
Hormones are more effective when sleep and stress are regulated.
Movement builds the body you want when nutrition and recovery are aligned.
Without that foundation, everything sits on sand.
That foundation is what we build in ThriveHer — my signature coaching program.

When all five work together, your body stops fighting you.
Weight loss becomes the result — not the goal you're white-knuckling toward.
Energy returns.
Sleep improves.
Stress feels manageable.
And you start feeling like yourself again — strong, clear-headed, and consistent without it feeling like a constant battle.
Perimenopause and menopause change how your body responds to food, exercise, and stress.
What worked in your 30s won't work now — not because you're doing it wrong, but because your biology has shifted.
The ThriveHer Method is built around exactly this.

I'm Priya Dass — and for the past six years I've been dedicated to understanding what actually works for women's bodies after 40.
My journey wasn't straight — and that's what makes it real.
Despite an MS in Exercise Science and having done clinical work, I watched my own weight climb through my late 40s and 50s. I tried everything. Nothing held.
What I eventually discovered — in my own body and in working with clients — is that no single approach works in isolation. It wasn't until I addressed all five pillars together that everything shifted.
Today, in my 60s, I'm fitter and stronger than I was in my 30s and 40s.
That's why I built the ThriveHer Method. Not from theory — from lived experience.
And now I help other women rewrite their story too.

Which of these apply to you?

You feel like you're working hard but the results don't match the effort
You've lost and regained the same weight more times than you can count
You're exhausted — but still can't sleep through the night
You know what to do. Consistency is the part that keeps falling apart
You're doing all the right things and still feel stuck
You want to feel strong, clear-headed, and like yourself again
If you're nodding — you're in the right place.

Heather, 46
Before ThriveHer, Heather was always tired, constantly snacking, and had no idea where to start. She knew something was missing but couldn't figure out what.
"Now I sleep better, have more energy, and have lost almost 20 lbs. Priya is fully committed to helping me reach my personal goals."

Robin, 53
As a chiropractor, Robin knew exactly what she should be doing — but couldn't make it stick on her own. She needed structure and someone to keep her accountable.
"I've lost weight, have more energy, and now have the reassurance that I'm taking the right steps toward healthy aging."

Lisa, 55
Lisa struggled with her weight for years and had an unhealthy relationship with food. Cravings controlled her days and her confidence had taken a hit.
"Now I don't crave sweets daily, I have so much more confidence, and I've lost 10 lbs and 16.5 inches."
If that's where you are right now — no judgment.
But ThriveHer is built for the woman who is ready to do things differently.
What happens if nothing changes?

Most women who feel stuck at 40 don't suddenly figure it out at 50.
The weight becomes harder to shift. The fatigue becomes the new normal.
Midlife isn't just a season to get through.
It's a critical window.
The choices you make now about how you move, eat, sleep, and manage stress directly shape your energy, muscle mass, and metabolic health for the next 20-30 years.
The women who thrive in their 60s and 70s built the foundation — usually in their 40s and 50s.
That window is open right now. The question is what you do with it.
ThriveHer is not for everyone.
This is not for you if:
You're looking for a quick fix or a 7-day detox
You want a rigid meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat every day
You're not ready to look beyond just food and exercise
You want someone to do the work for you
I work with a small number of women at a time so each person gets real, individualized attention.
If ThriveHer feels like what you've been looking for, the next step is a conversation.
We'll talk through where you are, what you need, and whether it's a fit.
No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what's possible.
