Who I Am

I’m Priya Dass, a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a Master’s in Exercise Science (specialty in Clinical Exercise Physiology).

I specialize in helping Women in Perimenopause and Menopause.

And as a woman in her 60s who’s personally navigated thyroid issues, chronic pain, surgeries, high cholesterol, stubborn weight changes, and sleep problems…
