Helping women over 40 reclaim their health
Personally, I don’t believe in ‘luck’, rather in being ‘blessed’. But since ‘luck’ is such a common word, I’ll go with that.
I don’t often win raffles and lotteries, although I have won some, and interestingly, most of them in the last few years.
Recently, I saw an ad on Facebook about a free mini course about women’s health. Well, that is what I do, so I signed up for it. Didn’t really have time to go through it. Then I saw a message saying that if I did a survey, I could win the course which is normally around $1200. The special price on it was $799. Well I did the survey and also mentioned in it that I had not had a chance to go through all the materials. In spite of that, I got an email saying that I had won the course! I was sent information about how to access the course online. I really couldn’t believe I had won the course…seemed too good to be true. But when I received the physical materials, I was quite assured that I had!
As usual, I got to thinking about it, and the whole concept of luck versus investment and hard work. Luck is something most people rarely experience. I mean, look at lotteries. Millions of people buy the ticket, but there is one or just a handful of winners.
When we look at health, a few people are blessed with good genes. In spite of not taking care of their health, they have good cholesterol levels, no blood sugar or blood pressure problems or musculoskeletal issues. I for one, am not one of those!
Our health is the result of our genes and our lifestyle. We can’t do anything about our genes, but we can change our lifestyle to improve what we have.
So my message to you is: “OPTIMIZE YOUR HEALTH!”
Investing in your health will get you results. It is totally dependent on you.
What are your goals?
Let that lead to a resilient mindset.
Commit to your health
Invest in it, with time, effort and and your finances, for nutritious food and sometimes for a trainer/health and fitness coach like myself who can help you reach your goals and maintain them for life.
You’ve got to work with what you’ve got, rather than lamenting about what you don’t have!
So, are you LUCKY or NOT with your health?
If you’re not, what are you doing about it?
Message me to find out how I can help you get on your journey to health!
