🎄 How the Challenge Works
From December 14–25, you’ll complete a short, simple exercise routine that builds each day — just like the 12 Days of Christmas.
Each day gets you moving starting with 1 exercise, and building as the days go by, ending with 12 exercises to help you build strength in your upper and lower body and your core.
It’s consistency without the pressure.
And this time of year, there is enough pressure as it is, right?

Hi! I’m Priya — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
I earned my master’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in clinical exercise physiology, and I worked in cardiac rehab before moving into full-time coaching.
For the past five years, I’ve helped women over 40 build strength, improve energy, and create sustainable habits that work with their real lives and changing bodies.
